Move part of your card sales to bank payments and the difference stays with you. Set your own numbers.
On a $240.00 order, a card payment at 2.9% + $0.30 costs $7.26. The same order paid by bank through BlackOak costs $3.00.
Sample scenario — not pricing or a commitment. Subject to change. The saving comes from customers moving from card to bank, not from our bank price against someone else’s. Some processors price their own bank payments below ours; what they do not do is put bank first at checkout and reward the customer for choosing it. Basis: the share of your card sales you set, at a typical self-serve processor rate of 2.9% + $0.30, moved to a BlackOak bank payment at 1.25% of the order, capped at $5.00. Your pricing and terms are agreed in writing before you go live.
Customers pay from their bank in the same checkout as cards. You pay a percentage with a hard dollar cap, so large orders cost far less than a card.
Each payment shows when it clears, when it releases and the day it lands in your bank. No more working backwards from a deposit.
You pay when you get paid. There is no platform fee to start and nothing to pay in a month you do not sell.
Respond to a dispute with your evidence attached, see the clock on each case, and know exactly what is held and why.
Use our hosted pages, payment links, or the API inside your own site. Your logo and colors carry through.
Fund points that redeem at your shop only, so the value you give away brings the customer back to you.

Commerce is the foundation. Organizations can begin with payment acceptance and merchant operations, then expand into marketplace participation, consumer engagement, or an affinity-led program as the business is ready.
