Accessibility

Updated August 17, 2026

BlackOak is committed to providing a public website that is usable by the broadest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies.

01

Our approach

We design and test the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our target, including keyboard operation, visible focus, semantic structure, text alternatives, contrast, zoom, reduced motion, and responsive layouts.

02

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We use automated testing and manual review across desktop, mobile, and foldable layouts, and we correct identified barriers as the site changes.

03

Feedback and assistance

If you experience difficulty using this website, use the early-access form and identify “Financial or technology partner” so the BlackOak team can route your request. Please describe the page, feature, and assistive technology involved. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in an accessible format.

04

Third-party content

Some linked or embedded services may be provided by third parties. BlackOak works to select responsible providers but cannot control every aspect of third-party accessibility.
