Program Description

After you affirmatively opt in, BlackOak Commerce may send transactional text messages regarding account verification, account activity, payments, funding, refunds, onboarding status, and security alerts. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent and Enrollment

You may enroll by providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting the separate SMS consent control within an eligible BlackOak Commerce registration, account-management, or merchant-onboarding workflow. Consent is optional, is not bundled with acceptance of other agreements, and is not a condition of opening or maintaining an account.

If BlackOak supports keyword enrollment for the applicable sending number, you may also enroll by texting START to that number. Keyword enrollment must not be advertised unless it is configured and included in BlackOak’s campaign registration.

Message frequency varies based on account activity.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. BlackOak Commerce does not charge a separate fee for these messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages sent by that number. You will receive one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent from that program unless you subsequently provide consent again or reply START where keyword resubscription is supported.

Opting out of SMS does not prevent BlackOak from providing legally required notices or essential account and security communications through another available and authorized channel.

Delivery and Carrier Availability

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all devices or carriers may be supported.

Privacy

We handle information associated with the SMS program under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, including mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law. Changes do not eliminate your right to withdraw consent by replying STOP.
